We’ll visit your site and assess 1–2 selected machines, collecting live data while you’re with us. We’ll walk you through the measurements, explain what the data tells us about your equipment, and highlight any potential issues identified, giving you a clear demonstration of how our monitoring service works.
We’ll carry out a detailed site walkdown to identify and document the machinery you’d like routinely monitored. For each asset, we’ll record key information including location, operating speed (RPM), bearing details and machine configuration. This allows us to build an accurate, structured condition monitoring programme tailored to your site. Depending on the number and complexity of assets, the evaluation can range from one to several days on-site.
Using the information gathered during the site evaluation, we build a structured asset database tailored to your site. Each machine is configured with the appropriate measurement points, operating information and monitoring parameters. This database forms the foundation of your routine condition monitoring programme, ensuring consistent and repeatable data collection on every visit.
With your asset database established, we return to site to complete the first full monitoring round. Condition data is collected from each agreed machine and measurement point using a consistent, repeatable process. Depending on the number and complexity of assets being monitored, data collection can range from one to several days on-site. These initial readings establish the baseline against which future measurements can be trended and compared.
Following the visit, all collected data is analysed and a clear condition report is provided. Any identified faults or areas of concern are highlighted alongside recommended actions, giving your maintenance team the information needed to prioritise work and plan maintenance effectively.
We return to site each month to collect condition data from your monitored assets, using consistent measurement points to accurately track changes in machine condition and identify developing faults at an early stage.
As our engineer becomes familiar with your site, assets and access requirements, less support is required from your team to locate equipment and complete each monitoring round, minimising disruption to your day-to-day operations.
Following every visit, the data is analysed and an updated condition report is provided, highlighting changes in condition, areas of concern and recommended actions to help your maintenance team plan work before issues develop into costly failures.
